Your Job

  • 360° Recruitment: You are both Sales Consultant and Recruiter, forming the interface between customers and candidates. As a Recruitment Consultant, you convince potential customers of Sirato Group and our service during the first telephone contact. As a recruiter, you will find suitable candidates, present them to your customers, conduct the interviews via telephone or video, and remain the central contact person after the placement. 
  • You become an expert in your market within the IT and digitalization sector and acquire specialist knowledge in this field independently. 
  • You maintain and expand your candidate network, establish contacts with specialists and executives, and exchange information about current developments and trends in IT and digitization. 
  • You speak with managers of national and international companies at eye level with the goal of building long-term customer relationships.

Your Profile

  • You have already gained experience in sales or other areas with intensive customer contact 
  • You have a degree, an apprenticeship with first work experience, or a comparable qualification 
  • You are a “doer” and have a clear goal in mind 
  • You manage to persevere in tough times & motivate yourself again and again
