Senior Recruitment Consultant / Teamleader – Contract (m/w/d)

Your Job

  • You are responsible for the sustainable operational and strategic development and expansion of our contracting business in your specific area of expertise within the IT and digitalization sector. This also includes the perspective of building your own team. 
  • As a personnel consultant in 360° recruitment, you form the interface between customers and candidates. 
  • By constantly maintaining your network, you expand your own candidate portfolio and acquire new clients. 
  • You set an example for other employees with your own performance and contribute significantly to the turnover of your team.

Your Profile

  • You have several years of experience in HR consulting, ideally in the areas of IT, digitalization or cross-functional 
  • You enjoy sales and want to act as a role model and support for your team through your own performance 
  • You have already led a team in the past and at best have experience in building a new team 
  • You have already achieved demonstrable success in personnel services and are keen to build up and expand your business with us. 
  • A high level of teamwork, communication skills, persuasiveness and self-motivation round off your profile 
  • You speak business fluent German & English
